I did go back to bed, after having been up for about 45 minutes, because before 8am on a Saturday is just too early for me to be up unless I've got a plane to catch or similar. And I was able to fall asleep, hurrah! And this time, I had nightmares. :-P Not bad ones, and of the bits I remember one was just confusing -- I returned home with my family to find a note from someone whose spare key I apparently had saying he was locked out and had worked a double shift and really just wanted to get inside his apartment, so could I please come by as soon as possible, and gave the address in a form I didn't really recognize -- but another bit involved my mother trying to steam-clean a book she had from high school by putting it in the dishwasher, which in the dream astonished and upset me, and my father found the astonished and upset look on my face so amusing he took a picture of it before he realized (a) my mother wasn't kidding about putting books in the dishwasher and (b) I was very, very upset by this.

And the next time I woke up it was 10:30, which is much more civilized.
