this is just to say

I am done, really finished, thanks, with totes. Its use by people who wish to convey "totally" in one hip syllable should please cease immediately. Consign it to the Get That Away From Me heap along with tat (=tattoo; I have no quarrel with "tit for tat") and hubby (and all its derivatives, chiefly hub and hubs and, ugh, hubster). ('rents can stay, and no, I have no explanation for the variety in my preferences here. I'm unpredictable. [g])
