-- but listen. It looks like tapered-leg jeans are back. Am I wrong about this? I would love to be wrong.

On a related note, leggings are not trousers. It's probably too late to nip this in the bud, but god, can we skip nipping-in-the-bud and just MAKE IT STOP?
