ah, they are aging like sorkin characters. i see. :-) in the sports night pilot, casey mentions that he has a seven-year-old son. when we meet charlie, the son, in the series one finale, he's about ten (and i believe the dialogue confirms this). the old joke ("yesterday i was seven, but next year i'll be ten") aside, that's a long way for a kid to grow in eight months ...
