Here is a Procter & Gamble commercial. It's got little kids getting ready for various winter sports, with skates, skis, mouth guards, sleds, etc., little kids hopping in the bobsled and taking the ice for the figure skating and grabbing their ski poles for the slalom and digging their toe picks in the ice for the start of the short track, and then the last shot is a little kid at the top of the ski jump and then a cut to the people in the stands, most of whom are waving things and cheering, and one of whom is an older middle-aged woman with - and she's on the screen for about a second, so I'm impressed both with the job the actress did in that short amount of time and with my own ability to project - an older middle-aged woman with a look on her face that nicely combines nervous, terrified, and proud. And then the caption says "To their Moms [sic], they'll always be kids."
I wish they hadn't capitalized "moms", but that quibble is not enough to stop it making me choke up every. time.
