What I had planned to do was go to bed when I got home, get up when I woke up, and spend the day unpacking and generally tidying in a leisurely manner, while also spending about half an hour on the elliptical.
Instead of which, I couldn't haul myself to bed until about 1am, woke up around 3:30 when my post-nasal ick had made my throat so sore I couldn't sleep, took a Zyrtec and a shot of throat spray, went back to bed until about 10:30, and by noon I was so tired I couldn't keep my eyes open and I had to lie down for a nap until close to 4pm.
I have to go to rehearsal tonight; I've used up all my absences. And I don't feel sick - just sooo tiiired. Hang in there, self.
