I have already had a nap. But! I have also had a shower, which was a wildly positive thing. But I've pretty much decided against doing laundry, because the biggest thing that has happened to me today was this: I realized that just because I could be sicker than I am now, that doesn't mean I'm not sick now. I know, right? Sometimes I have a hard time trusting my own judgment, but I have learned (this time) to remind myself that looking after myself when I'm not well, even though I'm less unwell than other people might be, doesn't make me a slacker. (Corollary: just because I feel a little less like crap doesn't mean I'm recovered.)
