two things
1. Because I feel like it deserves pointing out, in the interest of equal time: I feel great today! I didn't sleep well last night and woke up feeling kind of crummy, but by the time I got to work I felt really good, which is a switch. My head doesn't hurt and I've hardly been dizzy at all. I know better than to assume it will last, but I'm certainly enjoying it for the moment. :-)
2. My grandmother is in the hospital and in the updates my aunt's been sending it sounds like this is the worst she's been. Previously she'd be weak but ornery, and now she's weak and confused and upset by things. So I'm gearing up for, you know, the possibilities you gear up for when your last grandparent is 91 1/2 years old and dangerously dehydrated and frail and so on. If you've got good thoughts to spare, they'd be welcome, of course, though frankly I am mainly hoping for strength for my mother and her brother and sisters.
