– I have been feeling like crap for the past two days
/ I know my hormonal cycle is at least partly to blame
– It doesn't usually hit me this hard or last this long
– On top of which my chest feels a little tight (though no cough and no shortness of breath)
+++ I have just tested negative for covid, which is good news on its face and will probably have psychological benefits as well
