Honestly, I think mostly what you need is to get over the illness. I had my Sinus Infection From Hell in early 2003, and I swear, once it finally went away I felt like a different person. I'm not saying getting rid of it will totally make everything better, but I bet you'll feel more able to cope with life.

As for how to get rid of it... can't help you there. I do hope it goes away soon, though.
