rar. well, i got the application from the secretary of state himself (well, from his office), so it freakin' well better be good -- and, in fact, just called the county board of elections, and i'm in the system, so yay. (also left a message for the manager of absentee ballots, to make sure that request went through okay and see when i can expect the thing ...)
