responded to spare-seeking e-mail yesterday, and therefore actually had a gig at the Friday league sparing for ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
jgesteve on ellen_fremedon's team. put in at vice, which is where i'm happiest, granted, but, eep! hadn't seen ice in eight months! got my ice legs back immediately, though; line was mainly right on, but i couldn't find weight for shit. anh. i'll have more practice. in the house, i made some good calls, though. and, me being me, we were down two and tied it in the eighth, forcing an extra end, in which we stole one (defeating BG, the most annoying man alive, which is always the sweetest way to win) when the opposing skip had a wide-open draw and his front end overswept it.
