i hate making phone calls.

i hate it more when the line is EXTREMELY NOISY, as mine is at the moment and i don't know why.

prescription: overridden, so i can pick up all the remaining refills at once. have communicated with pharmacy as well, to let them know this is okay with the insurance people. will retrieve tomorrow.

cable: disconnected.

phone: will be disconnected next monday.

DSL: on hold with someone who's looking to see if they can waive the early termination fee ($150!) for disconnecting my DSL before twelve months is up. dudes, i've been an earthlink subscriber for way more than 12 months -- it's not my fault you couldn't give me DSL at the place i was living before nine months ago.

cell phone: i'm going to go to the sprint store and talk to someone in person, rather than deal with being on hold and this staticy connection i've got -- not to mention navigating the website for a contact number. why do they make it so hard to figure out how to call customer service? rar.
