... that i should go to bed early and sleep for ten hours, and having got up and had a bit of breakfast feel that what i need to do is lie down again for a bit.

the next time i get up, i'm going to the gym, i swear.  (couldn't go now, anyway, not right after eating.)

Gah. I am up now and it sucks. But I have to go to the gym at 8 and that sucks even worse.
