01. DO YOU HAVE ON A LOT OF MAKE-UP?
none, in fact.

02. HOW MUCH DO YOU PUT ON?
normally, none.  occasionally, not very much.  in order:  lipstick, eyeliner, powder, blush, eyeshadow, some sort of liquid foundation.  if i get all the way to the base, it's like a fancy black-tie-type occasion.

03. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE YOU TO GET READY?
on a normal morning, i give myself an hour between getting up and being ready to leave the house.  most of this is for showering; it takes me a while to get my hair clean, because it's so smooth that it's important to rinse it well.  if i make the executive decision to go out without the whole shower, i can be out the door in less than ten minutes.

04. DO YOU PUT ON A LOT OF LIPGLOSS?
nope.

05. DOES YOUR LIPGLOSS SMELL GOOD?
my chapstick smells a little minty.

06. DO YOU CARRY A PURSE?
usually, yes.

07. WHAT COLOR IS IT?
at the moment i'm usually carrying a grey seatbelt bag.

i have two, as it happens.  big ones, that i used to carry to work.

lord, no.  big ugly things they are.

um.  [counts on fingers]  seatbelt bags, two; coach bags, two; cute little handbags for evenings, three; possibly a couple of old broken-down ones i don't carry anymore but haven't gotten rid of yet.

sometimes.

not often.  always before i'm in a wedding; occasionally otherwise.

yes.

even better!

i did when i lived in NoVA.  not now.

hardly anyplace.  when i bother, i try to set it up at the place my mother goes in my hometown.  same guy who's been cutting her hair since before i was born.

18. DO YOU DYE YOUR HAIR?
i've been known to put some red in it, but these days i'm leaving it be.

oh, good grief, there's really no need.

several, yes.

not on purpose, because i so rarely know what they are.

nope.

a few.  but i hardly ever change out the ones i have in now, which are three pairs of silver hoops with hematite capture beads.

yes.

37. DO YOU HAVE A LOT OF SKIRTS?
not many.

39. DO YOU GET YOUR EYE BROWS DONE?
sometimes.  normally i just pluck.

40. CAN YOU APPLY MASCARA WITHOUT OPENING YOUR MOUTH?
i suppose i could, but i never do.  my eyelashes tend to get in my contact lenses, and when there's mascara on them it hurts like bleeding.

41. DO YOU WEAR A LOT OF EYELINER?
not much, no.

44. DO YOU DO PILATES OR YOGA?
neither.

45. DO YOU HAVE A LOT OF MAGAZINES?
almost none.  i read things online usually.
