I haven't gotten an awful lot done on my thesis today (NB, though, I have gotten a non-zero amount done!), but I have done laundry (omghuzzah) and (mirabile dictu) cleared off my desk.  Which, I regret to say, if you could see my desk, you'd go "That is cleared off?!", but, it's true.
