Knowing me, please suggest some things I can do that I might not have considered -- activities outside of my comfort zone. Jokes (e.g., "have a baby," "go white-water rafting!") are fun but not entirely appreciated.

I may add that having a baby is not at all outside my comfort zone (if I could find its father), and I've been whitewater rafting and found it fun. But you get the idea.

I don't know that I can promise I'll do things that are suggested. My comfort zone is roomy, but the tradeoff is that its boundaries are fairly rigid.
