abka is the BEST EVAR!
I have still not received any paperwork re: my health insurance, so it's a good thing I have friends who can help me out wrt my running out of birth control pills issue. (I could also have gone to Planned Parenthood, yes. But that's not the point of this story.) My friend whose dad is an OB/GYN, and who therefore has never paid for her pills in her life, arranged to have him send me some of the samples he would have been sending her if she weren't pregnant. Hurrah!
But they didn't get here yesterday, and today being Sunday, well. Of course I'm not going to be imperiled if I don't take the first one until Monday, this month, but still, who knows that they'll get here for sure tomorrow? abka a message yesterday saying "remember how you said you had um connections can you help please?!" And she sent me a message this morning saying "Oh no I don't think so not with like no notice and on a weekend!" And then she did anyway. HURRAH!
