wow, it's been a while since i did one of these.
1. How many houses/apartments have you lived in throughout your life?
1. the house where i was born (well, the house where my parents were living when i was born -- and where they still live)
2. the house in england, where we lived for a year
3. freshman year, dorm #1
4. freshman year, dorm #2
5. sophomore year, dorm #3
6. basement apartment sophomore summer
7. junior year, flat in edinburgh
8. senior year, dorm (actually apartment) #5
9. first apartment after college
10. second apartment after college
11. third apartment after college
12. present apartment
2. Which was your favorite and why?
number 11. loved the apartment, loved the building, loved the location. loved that place. also, it was the first place i lived by myself -- i'm sure that contributed to it.
3. Do you find moving house more exciting or stressful? Why?
stressful. i hate moving.
4. What's more important, location or price?
well, both.
5. What features does your dream house have (pool, spa bath, big yard, etc.)?
spacious. high ceilings. high-up windows -- i like natural light, but i hate feeling like people can see in. most importantly: my dream house is also the home of someone i love, who loves me. (maybe that sounds goofy, but i think that'd go a long way to improving any living space. [g])
