There was a thing on the radio this afternoon about Billy Graham being in the hospital.  And the commentator said he'd been an advisor, close friend, confidant, etc. of "eleven presidents, going back to Eisenhower."

And then I counted on my fingers, and I got:

Eisenhower
Kennedy
Johnson
Nixon
Ford
Carter
Reagan
Bush
Clinton
Baby Bush

In short, you can't go back eleven presidents and stop at Eisenhower.  Can you?  Am I missing any presidents?  I don't think I am.
