Last time I wasn't feeling well, I had to be sent home early twice before I took a sick day.  I now feel not unlike (on a scale of 1-10; the symptoms are different) I did on the first of those days, so I am at home keeping my cough to myself, in the hope that this will share it with fewer people and make it leave me sooner than it did last time.  As an added bonus, this is the least important day on my calendar at work this week, after yesterday; they can spare me at today's meeting, but not really tomorrow's or Thursday's.  I forget if there's anything on Friday.

I go back to bed now.  Maybe with some cough medicine.  zzz.
