I finished one of my Embossed Leaves socks! Two and a half repeats of the pattern on the leg instead of three and a half, but hey, also?, there were two places where I realized I'd made a mistake a dozen or more rows earlier, and I made a note so I can do the same wrong thing in the same place on the second sock, so I will have a genuine pair.
ALSO, the power came back on almost the minute I called downstairs to see if they knew when the power would come back on. I am AWESOME like that.
Am casting on for the second sock right this minute. Yay!
