CRITERIA is a plural. Please stop saying "My biggest criteria is". The word you're looking for is "criterion" -- or, if that's snootier than you're comfortable with, you might be interested in "are".

Related to this, PHENOMENON is a singular. Please commence immediately using "phenomena" to refer to more than one.
