(oh, my god, this is the best ice cream ever ...)
1. Would you consider yourself an organized person? Why or why not?
oddly enough, yes, i would. go ahead and laugh; it's funny. but i do think i'm organized, even if my stuff isn't always. and the thing is, my stuff is organized, from where i'm sitting; i'm just so right-brained that what makes sense to me organizationally often doesn't make sense to other people. (i had much more standard-like organizational habits at work, i assure you.)
2. Do you keep some type of planner, organizer, calendar, etc. with you, and do you use it regularly?
nah.
3. Would you say that your desk is organized right now?
hee ... no, look, it's the day after the end of finals -- my whole place looks like a tornado hit it. when i get it cleared off, it'll be organized, but see above. nobody else will think so.
4. Do you alphabetize CDs, books, and DVDs, or does it not matter?
i used to, but not so much any more. one of these days the CDs and DVDs and videos will drive me (or, more likely, my brother) bats and i'll alphabetize the whole bunch of them, but until then, there they are [waves hand toward tv corner]. i couldn't alphabetize my books if i tried; there's not enough room for them on the shelves i've got, and not enough room in the apartment for more.
5. What's the hardest thing you've ever had to organize?
the morpheme inventory of a problem set in hungarian.
