i was hoping one of those B's would have been an A-like substance, but the odds just weren't in my favor. c'est la vie. if those are the only B's i get in my whole master's degree career, i should still be all right. (and no one ever needs to know how embarrassing the history of english course was. that's a three-credit A+, and anyone who talks about the syllabus will find himself sleeping with the fishes. [g])
