oh, also

I am taking nominations for Games What Would Make My Wii More Awesome. Right now I've got something of the Rock Band ilk in the queue (RB or GH, I'm not fussy), and today I played some Legend of Zelda and felt all kinds of nostalgic. Happy to entertain other suggestions.

I really REALLY quite enjoy Lego Star Wars. I love swinging the wii-mote like a light saber, I love watching characters dies by falling to lego pieces and you get all of the star wars movies in one game.

Paper Mario (which we have for GameCube) was really a delightful and funny game. No previous Mario experience required! (Caveat: I don't know if they changed it for the Wii, obviously.)

You can play GameCube games on the Wii. I second the Paper Mario nomination. Although it isn't a Wii game, it was a lot of fun.

Mario Party 8 is a fan favorite at our house when we have a group of people. Lots of mini-games, and cute game board action.
