I try not to nurture hatred in my heart.
I do feel pity for the man's family; his wife may or may not ought to have known better, given the time and the circumstances, but his children certainly aren't responsible for what he did before they were born. They don't deserve to lose their husband and father, and I don't imagine any of them will ever see him again.
I don't have any sympathy for John Demjanjuk himself, though -- given, I mean, what's about to happen to him, which is a trial and likely imprisonment for what remains of his life. And after that, he can go to hell.
