mail call

Passed my reaudition, yay. This year: Verdi Requiem; some Christmas stuff guaranteed to be a mixture of weird and familiar; Bach St Matthew Passion; and a big ol' who-knows-what for the boss's 25th anniversary as music director, which will include Dvorak's Te Deum, a piece I can sing in my sleep, along with some other stuff and singing and dancing (not from us, though! the ballet will be there) and general -- come on, you'd be disappointed if I didn't say it -- jubilee. No Sir Paul McCartney in sight. Whew!
