It's the quasi-annual Festival of Hurt Feelings and Imaginary Ad Hominem Attacks over on MA.
This year's first-pitch-thrower is pretty feisty; a lot more fun than the usual weepy-sobby why-can't-you-be-nice-to-me crowd. She started out with a refusal to speak or even listen to G. ever again, in reaction to some perceived slight, which was (stupid, but) at least promising: not ascribing one person's "behavior" (for which read "opinions") to the whole list and all its 900-odd members. Faltered in the second round, though, when she spoke of "the list" reacting to her initial idea, when only one member (if I'm not mistaken) had said anything about it.
Just what I need for a long weekend. I'm very pleased. :-)
