fox | the other thing

I remembered my other thought finally. :-) It was this: in my excavations of the various boxes and whatnot in my guest room, I found a ring I haven't worn in years - I must have packed it away when I came down from my parents' house after I came back from England? Something like that. Anyway, I found it and I'm very glad, but it's too big now, almost but not quite ready to fall off my finger. And it's a puzzle ring, so there's not really a good way to resize it. :-P I shall keep my eyes open for a new one.

Now today the LL Bean catalog has arrived. It always makes me wish I lived further north. Sigh.
