a) Compared to you, when it comes to cold weather, this is not news. :-)
b) I didn't close them all the way. It was really the breeze making me shiver, not the temperature. (And I certainly didn't have to turn off the AC for that. AC set at 78; outside temperature ~65. AC not kicking on, but it will do if it gets suddenly very hot.)
c) No, shivering is not normal. Tense ≠ relaxed. Honest.
