Oh my god, you guys. I've been caffeine-free for about twenty-five hours (haven't even had any chocolate, as it happens), and it sucks. The grey drizzly morning isn't helping; I have all three kinds of headache all at once.

But I slept all night for the first time (barring, as I said, four nights in strange beds) in almost three weeks.

How long should I expect the withdrawal symptoms to last? Right now I could bite the head off something and then burst into tears.

Oh, honey, I am so sorry. I empathize. I've been off caffeine since I discovered I was knocked up, and I miss it.

I'm glad you got some sleep, at least...?

I am beyond glad I got some sleep, I can't even tell you. In fact I would like some more. :-/ I would like to sleep until this headache goes away. (Thought I'd turned a corner about an hour ago, but nope, it was a trick. Bah.)
