Without spoiling anything at all, let me ask you this: can Episcopalians get married on a Sunday? How about Lutherans?

Episcopalians? Yes. It'd be more normal to do it on a Saturday afternoon, though. It is permissible but not usual to do it either as part of a regularly scheduled Sunday morning mass or as a separate service following a regular mass.

Episcopalians can get married on Sunday -- but not from Ash Wednesday to Easter. I can verify this; we had to either find an earlier or a later date for our wedding because weddings aren't performed during Lent.
