two things i have learned this week:
1. I actually do much better on the elliptical barefoot than I do in my running shoes.
2. The backward ellipses - down in back, up in front - are way harder than the forward ones. I'm going to have to do ten minutes forward, five minutes backward until some muscle groups get stronger, because damn.
