Saturday: 3am.
Sunday: ... I don't actually remember. It's possible I slept through the night.
Monday: 6am.
Tuesday: 4am.
Wednesday: 2am.
At least in each instance I'm able to take some advil and get back to sleep in not much more than half an hour. That's different from the not-sleeping I was doing last fall before I gave up caffeine. This isn't any fun, though, I'll tell you what, and I believe the bags under my eyes and the ashy skin will bear me out on that.
