fox | ugh.

Today just about killed me. I woke up with a nasty headache and by the time I got out of bed it was so bad I could hardly remain upright or see clearly long enough to e-mail in to work. I managed to swallow some advil and some water, even against the raging nausea, and I lay down with a shade over my eyes for a couple of hours - finally I could uncurl enough to get the electric heating pad turned on, and put that on the back of my neck; eventually I felt enough less ill that I could eat something. Have nevertheless been asleep most of the day. It's down to a dull roar by now, but I haven't tried to stand up in a while, so who knows.

And a complete mystery, that's what I hate the most. Feh. Worst day ever.
