I have been saying for years that the Fluevogs for me are the Mini Dollface. Am I right? Red mary janes with an ankle strap - what's not to love? (I also appreciated the Mini Sweet Pea - that pink one there - but I liked the Dollface better.)

Alas these both appear to be discontinued. Very disappointing. I do like the Mini heel the very best of all the Fluevog heels. But! But! Look!

Mini Elif! Is that not for me an even better shoe, as the angle of the strap will necessarily minimize the height of my (alpine) instep and lengthen my (quite short) leg?

In the grey and purple, of course. I do love the lime green, but I am not allowed to wear such colors if I don't want to look like a liver patient.

I don't know about RIGHT now. But my birthday (fun fact: same as John Fluevog's birthday!) is coming up; surely they won't go away in the next three weeks.

I tried on the Mini Elif -- it is one of the shoes I had considered buying for myself because it is so cute! Alas, my feet are too narrow. But it is wicked cute and you should totally wear it. (I love the Mini heel a lot.)
