PT put kinesio tape on my neck and shoulders. (These trapezius muscles, y'all. Do I really need them? I'm starting to wonder.) The evidence in favor of it is mixed, which is not nil, so as long as it's not hurting I figure what the hell. ... But it is itchy around the edges.
