sigh. also.

A slight issue with the swift and winder made a massive snarl of a very expensive ball of yarn. So there's nothing for it but to unpick it by hand. Which I can't tell you how much I don't want to do. It's been sitting on my table for weeks, is how much I don't want to do it. But I can't just never do it - that would be as wasteful as cutting it up.

Bleh.

Give it to [personal profile] synecdochic. She loves untangling knots! (Seriously!)

ETA: Um, not to keep. Just to untangle. In case that was unclear.

I clicked over to post a similar comment about how there are people out there who love untangling yarn so much that they volunteer to do it. I, however, am not one of those people.

I love untangling yarn too. Unfortunately I am not on the same continent.
