For years I've been hearing people say that the best way to get back into a posting habit one has fallen out of is just to do it and not worry about trying to catch up or anything like that. So I think I'll give that a try. If I'm lucky, you'll all join me in pretending I've hardly been away.
So here's a funny thing - the other day, as I noted, the room was spinning when I woke up. (It got better.) While I was poking around to see how sparse my posts have been and for how long, I found the last time I'd posted about a wake-up vertigo event (which was the time I did have to call out of work) - and it was exactly a year ago, the Monday before Christmas.
It's not like I think I'll be able to remember next year to see how I feel when I wake up on December 20. But that's a little spookish, innit?
