I am nine kinds of excited because some boots I ordered arrived and fit perfectly. I've been muddling through with some wide-calf knee boots that fit okay and look pretty good, but the heels are wearing down - and rather than re-heel them I investigated if there were better options. Now instead of medium-width wide calf boots I've got wide-width extra-wide calf boots and I'm delighted. I only wish they came in brown. (There's a tan, but I don't like it, and there doesn't appear to be a dark brown. Sigh.)

They got mmmiddling reviews at DSW but quite positive at Amazon, and the Amazon lot was a bigger sample size (plus the Amazon price was a little lower). So I took the plunge and am optimistic that they'll continue to be awesome when I wear them outdoors. :-)
