offer accepted

After some weeks of clearing-out and sitting there and marketing and open houses and price adjustments and whatnot, a young family made an offer on my childhood home and my mother's realtor countered (with her blessing) and the family accepted the counteroffer and - I guess that's it, in another month it will be their kids' childhood home.

I have a lot of feelings about this, and I don't know if I can identify any of them.
