It’s vaguely interesting to me that Himself’s family and mine are so similarly made up. My mother had two sisters and a brother; his mother had two sisters and a brother. Each of our fathers had a brother and a sister. I have a brother, without whom the prince’s family tree would be symmetrical for three generations up. (Himself and I have different numbers of cousins, though, and the same for our parents and aunts and uncles.)
And today I learned that Himself’s father’s mother and brother were left-handed - as were my father’s father and sister. And as the prince appears to be.
