My husband has never cared for the brisket his mother makes every year for seder. This year, as we obviously couldn’t all be together, he said he’d try mine rather than go straight to barbecue brisket.

He agrees my brisket is better than his mother’s.

I mean it would be even more so if he always loved hers and was sad we couldn’t have it this year - but “huh it turns out it might not be that I just don’t like brisket” is okay too. :-)
