My student Chris has decided that henceforth, the collective noun for drag queens will be "a glitter." As in:

Why yes, the show is still on for tonight. There's a whole glitter of drag queens coming.

I told him I'd spread the word.


i recommend immediate adoption of this word into the lexicon. in witness whereof, i have hereunto set my hand, blah blah blah, signed fox. (hey, as long as people are proclaiming things ...)
