the first day

so i got out a glass into which to pour my juice. picked up the cereal box on my way to the other cupboard to get a cereal bowl. put the glass down on the counter. poured the cereal into the glass.

sigh. auto-pilot isn't such a good thing when it doesn't work ...

and really, as long as there wasn't juice already in the glass, no harm done. (besides, some cereals actually taste good in orange juice!)
