Grr! I so agree! I've decided that all of the turn signals here are broken. All of them. Except mine. I've had times where I was waiting to cross the street and people have just seemed to stop for no apparent reason and it will turn out it's because they want to turn. Or I'll be leaving a parking spot and someone will be waiting for it but, hell, I think the person is trying to get past me because, well, s/he isn't giving me any clue.
