my gladness at the fact that tomorrow is thursday knows no bounds.

for the next week or so, my leisure time* should not be spent doing much else besides working on

remus_remix, or

musesfool will hang me from my fingernails and rightly so. thanks to a conversation with

resonant8 last night, i feel like i'm in a position to Get Somewhere, but of course the words aren't going to just type themselves. so.

if you don't see me around, you know how to reach me, and if you don't know how to reach me, you know someone who does. (and if you don't know someone who does, i'm sorry to say this, but you don't need to reach me, okay.)

i have successfully framed the picture of my extra-adorable wee cousins (shout-out to

sociofemme -- these happen to be first cousins once removed, the children of my own first cousin, and they call me Aunt [my first name] [g]), taken this spring. the baby (three months) is smiling and sticking out her tongue, and her sister (a little over three and a half) is leaning in and kissing her cheek.

[dies. of. cute.]

that older baby is going to be four a week from tomorrow. note to self: write to her, because you can't afford to send her a present.

* which should be abundant. yes. given that i was at work for twelve hours on monday, with no lunch, and not quite that long yesterday, but still working too much. rar. RAR.
