once upon a time, i took a survey i'd first seen in
kingchiron's LJ.
old answers (23 may 2002)
now:
number of people on my flist:
... whom I've met in person: 57 or 61, depending how you count. that is, 57 people; 61 journals. you can figure that out. :-)
... whom I've met in person more than once: 43 or 47, also depending how you count.
... whose house I've been to: that's very difficult to count, actually. i get 24 people in 26 journals; trying to count houses is just crazy, since in some cases there are two LJ users to one household, but in others (and sometimes in the same) cases i've been to more than one house where a user lived. so i'm giving up on trying to figure that out.
... who have been to my house: 17 people, 19 journals.
... whose precise geographic location I know offhand: again with "precise". by address, 39 or 43; relaxing to city adds an additional 29 or 31.
... whose full names I know offhand: including middle names: 13 or 15; just full first and last name: another 38 or 42. plus there are 2 whose last names i'm sure i know and just can't think of at the moment.
... whom I've followed/been in touch with for more than 3 years: i make that 27 (or 28).
... who live outside my country: another tough one. outside my usual country: 19, or 21. outside my present country: 94 or 99. these (99 and 21) do not add up to 123; there are three journals whose operators' locations are utterly unknown to me.
... whose journal I consider myself "addicted" to: 0.
... whom I've lived with: 1.
... who's an ex: 0. (an ex of mine, that is, which i'm taking to be what the question intends to ask.)
... who I'd do: ...0.
... who I've done (in the most general sense): 0.
... who I have a secret crush on: if i told, it wouldn't be secret, now, would it?
crazy how things change, eh?

they still (mainly) don't cross over into the fannishness, and the fans don't (mainly) cross over into real life -- even people i've met, for instance, don't normally get my full name, know where i live, etc. look at the "been to my house" figure. [g]
