am tentatively over a splitting headache (over it in the way that you move carefully in case something's about to set it off again), caused by tension in my jaw, and i haven't been grinding my teeth.  or clenching them, which is what i do.  i had to lie down, man.  and while i was lying there i could tell (a) my jaw was tensed up like a tense thing and (b) my back teeth were not together.  they weren't even trying to be, like when i catch myself clenching them and bite my tongue instead.  teeth:  uninvolved.  jaw:  OW.

meh.  that sucked.  i took 400 mg of ibuprofen and, like i said, lay down, and it seems to be enough better that i will cautiously say Right, time to go to the library.

(ellen_fremedon?  if i've just taken your jaw issue away from you, do you feel better at least?  i'm willing to take it like a man, or something, if it'll mean you'll feel better.  :-)  )

Actually, my jaw is slightly better today.

Maybe we could transfer the jaw trouble to a doll or something, so neither of us has to deal with it?
